Little Rianne’s

Our Princess’ Crib

I did promise to upload more photos in this site but my new routine has caught up on me.  Seems like there’s so little time for everything as a result of the new responsibilities.  Nonetheless, we will continue to update this site as much as we could.

On this post, i am uploading Little Rianne’s first bath at the Davao Doctors Hospital. Indeed, it was a feast for Daddy Red and Mommy Amee see our little angel freshen up.

The hospital’s proceedure is that while you’re still in the hospital, the nurses will take care of the baby like nursing them while the mother is recovering from the operation and gradually turn them over to the parents.

In the following photos, Nurse Emiliana Gomez, was showing Mommy Amee how to give Little Rianne a bath.  Nurse Emy, as she wants to be called, was surprised that the baby was trying to stand on her own feet.  She’s a strong baby, she exclaimed.  We hope she will always be strong - a quality of the ash trees.

While she was giving the baby a bath, she was also giving tips to Mommy Amee.  Let’s see in the next few days if Mommy Amee is able to apply the short lecture.  More photos will be uploaded here soon.

She is so tiny and cute! Don’t worry about bath time, you will get used to it very quickly and turn into professional soon;)

It takes practice, really. It took me several months before I could give my baby a bath without any help. Good luck =)

Looks like Daddy Red is the expert. hehe. It is true, you’ll only learn these things as you need it. It’s like instinct.
